三峡升船机事故安全机构的设计分析

摘要

事故安全机构作为齿轮齿条爬升式升船机的重要组成部分之一，其技术参数、构造形式、机构运动及载荷的传递方式、适应相对变位的方式，对升船机的安全运行有着重要的影响。文中对三峡升船机安全机构的布置、工作原理及旋转螺杆的设计进行了阐述和分析，从技术上能够满足各设计工况的运行要求，作为船厢的安全保护装置，在任何情况下均能随时投入工作，确保升船机悬吊系统的安全。%The hazard safety mechanism is one important part of the gear-rack type ship-lift system,with its technical parameters,structural type,mechanism motion,load transmission type,the mode of fitting for relative displacement affect-ing the safety operation of the ship lift.The paper describes and analyzes the arrangement of safety mechanism,working principles of The Three Gorges ship lift,and the rotating screw,which can technically meet the operating requirements of various designed conditions as safety protection devices of the ship tank.The mechanism can be put into service in any case and guarantee the safety of the suspending system of the ship lift.
