基于 Ansys Workbench 的叉车三级门架系统静、动态特性分析

         

摘要

以3 t、最大起升高度3 m 的叉车三级门架系统为研究对象,在全面了解其基本结构和运行特点后,分析门架系统临界条件下的基本受力情况。根据门架系统的结构特点和尺寸参数,通过 SolidWorks 三维软件进行实体建模,无缝导入 Ansys Workbench 软件进行有限元分析。选取门架系统在临界条件下受力情况最为严重的工况进行结构静力学分析,得出三级门架系统的总位移变形云图、等效应力云图等。以内门架为例,对其施加预应力后进行模态分析,得出内门架模态分析解。结果表明,该叉车门架系统在临界条件下的门架变形量、等效应力值和1阶模态的固有频率都满足叉车设计规范的要求,为进一步对门架系统的优化和日常作业时避免共振现象提供了参考依据。%With the 3 t forklift triple mast system with a maximum lifting height of 3 m as a study object,the paper an-alyzes the basic stress situation of the mast system under critical condition after learning the entire basic structure and oper-ating characteristics.According to the structure feature and size parameters of the mast system,the paper uses SolidWorks 3D software for solid modeling,seamlessly introduces into Ansys Workbench for the finite element analysis.The structure statics analysis is performed for mast system under the critical condition with the most severe stress working case,to get to-tal displacement deformation cloud atlas,equivalent stress cloud atlas for the triple mast system.With the inner mast as an example,modal analysis is performed after the pre-stress is applied to get the inner mast modal solution.The result shows that the mast deformation under critical condition,equivalent stress value,inherent frequency of first-order modal of the forklift mast system meet the requirements specified in the forklift design code,providing reference for further optimizing the mast system and preventing resonance in daily operation.
