基于DEM的锂电池正极材料输送螺杆的设计与分析

         

摘要

深入了解螺旋输送机理,设计较为合理的输送螺杆,减少颗粒表面碳层的脱落,同时增加密实度,以提高输送效率和电池的能量密度.结合三维软件绘制螺杆模型,并基于离散单元的理论知识,对设计的螺杆进行物料颗粒运动(位移、速度和加速度)仿真分析.在已有螺杆研究成果及前期对于粉体物料特性调查了解的基础上,设计出一种专门输送锂电池正极材料的变螺距螺杆,并阐述螺杆设计过程中的螺旋轴直径、螺距、轴的转速等主要参数.螺杆上变螺距段对物料的提取会减少粒子力,颗粒在后端的磨损峰值不会太高,对提高锂电池正极材料的输送效率和提高其导电率具有一定的指导意义.%The paper is aimed at deeply understanding mechanism of screw conveying, designing a more reasonable conveyor screw to lessen carbon layer peeling on the surface of particles and increasing compactness to improve the conveying efficiency and battery energy density. Screw model is plotted based on 3D software, and the designed screw is subject to material motion (displacement, velocity and acceleration) simulation analysis based on theoretical knowledge of discrete elements. The paper presents a variable pitch screw for conveying cathode materials of lithium battery in combination of the former research achievements on screw and previous investigation into properties of powder materials, and discusses main parameters such as diameter of screw shaft, pitch and shaft speed during screw design. Material extraction of variable pitch section on screw will reduce particle force, and wear peak of particles in the back end will not be too high. The research will be helpful to improve the conveying efficiency and conductivity of cathode materials of lithium battery.
