针对起重机在运行中的摇摆问题,对变频调速驱动的桥式起重机的运动学模型和多种防摇摆控制策略、产品进行了分析.参考起重机的实际设计参数,给出其数学模型,计算出在不同加速度下加速运行过程中的摆动数据,并使用一种多段速度给定的方法进行了Simulink防摇控制仿真,结果表明,该方法具有明显的防摇效果.%To solve the problem of crane swing during operation, kinematics model, many kinds of anti-swing strategies and products of variable frequency driven bridge crane are analyzed. The paper presents mathematical model and calculates swing data in accelerated service at different acceleration based on actual design parameters of crane. Moreover, Simulink anti-sway control simulation is carried out by using a multi-segment speed giving method. The results show that the method is obviously effective in anti-swing.
