基于NS1601型铁路起重机吊臂支撑装置的设计

摘要

以NS1601型铁路起重机为基础,介绍了如何确定起重机在运输状态下吊臂支撑装置的安装方案以及气弹簧的布置方案,进而确立气弹簧的安装尺寸,并对气弹簧的推力进行计算.由于借助于气弹簧的助力作用,使吊臂支撑装置的收放推力能够很大程度上减小.因此,该设计方案在应用到其他同类产品上具有重要的参考意义.%With NS1601 railway crane as an example, the paper introduces how to determine the installation plan of boom supporting device and arrangement plan of gas spring in case of the crane in operation for further deciding installation dimension of gas spring and calculating its thrust. With boost of gas spring, extending-retracting thrust of the boom supporting device can be reduced significantly. Therefore, this design scheme can be very helpful for other similar products.
