海洋科考船用电缆绞车技术与设计

         

摘要

海洋科考船用电缆绞车是海洋科考工程必备的设备之一,通过电缆与水下机器人连接,起着收放、牵引水下机器人运动的作用,并通过电缆传输机器人采集的信息.海洋工程不断向深海远海发展,船用电缆绞车也不断应用新技术、新工艺、新材料,不断适应新的需要,通过对俄罗斯海洋科考船用电缆绞车传动原理、结构及关键技术与设计的介绍、分析,对我国海洋电缆绞车的设计及使用提供借鉴的经验,促进我国海洋科考及海洋工程事业的发展.%Cable winch for marine research ship is one of the equipment necessary for marine research engineering, which is connected to underwater robot with cable for collecting, releasing and towing underwater robot as well as transmitting information collected by the robot through cable. As ocean engineering continuously extends to the deep sea and open sea, new technologies, process and materials are increasingly applied to cable winch for ship to meet new demands. The paper introduces and analyzes transmission principles, structure and key technologies of the cable winch for Russian marine research ship, which can provide reference for designing and applying our marine cable winch, further boosting marine research and ocean engineering in China.
