Rail gnawing is a common problem during the use and maintenance of bridge cranes,which seriously undermines the operating efficiency and safety of cranes.The paper analyzes causes of rail gnawing during operation based on experience and relevant national standards and proposes treatment measures for the problem,which can provide reference for peers.%啃轨现象是桥式起重机使用维护过程中经常遇到的问题,严重影响起重机的工作效率和运行安全,文中结合实践经验及相关国家标准,分析了起重机车轮运行时发生啃轨的原因及危害,提出了处理方法,对业内同仁有一定的借鉴作用.
