依托实际牵引式小车项目对小车钢丝绳的选型进行优化,介绍小车钢丝绳直径的确定,给出了张紧装置液压原理图,并对降低保养成本和提高可靠性进行论述,为同类型设计提供借鉴.%Optimal selection of the trolley open-close wire rope is discussed based on actual towing trolley projects.The paper introduces how to determine the diameter of the trolley open-close wire rope,presents the hydraulic scheme of tension devices,and further elaborates on how to lower the maintenance costs and enhance reliability,which can serve as guidance for similar designs.
