结合在Ansys中对起重机起升机构制动器不同制动频次下温度场仿真结果,得出JC值和制动周期T决定了饱和温度大小.在此基础上,对制动频次、 制动温升和制动力矩等参数间的关系进行探讨,得出饱和温度是影响制动力矩的主要因素,论证了依据制动频次划分制动器工作级别的合理性,为具体划分提供了理论基础.%According to the simulation results of the temperature field for the brake of crane lifting mechanism under different braking frequencies , it's concluded that the JC value and braking period T determine the saturated tempera-ture.Based on this , the relationship among parameters such as the braking frequency , braking temperature rise , and bra-king torque is analyzed , indicating that the saturated temperature is a major indicator affecting the braking torque .The paper demonstrates that it 's reasonable to classify the brake based on the braking frequency , providing theoretic basis for the ap-plication .
