The welding robot is applied to the overall capping welding of the hydraulic support.To solve the problem that the simulated test results of fillet welding and V-shaped groove welding is unideal in actual application,the paper performs welding defect analysis in respect to welding process and programming.The artificial local joint filling plus robot impulse welding process is determined and adopted,followed by design optimization of the partial structure of the top beam,realizing automatic welding of 80% of welding joints of the overall capping of the top beam structure.%将焊接机器人应用于液压支架顶梁体结构件的整体盖面焊接,针对角焊和V形坡口焊的模拟准备试验结果在实际应用中不理想的问题,分别从焊接工艺、编程等方面对焊件进行缺陷分析,确定并采用了人工局部溜缝加机器人脉冲焊接的工艺,还对顶梁体的部分结构进行了设计优化,最终实现了顶梁体结构件整体盖面80%焊缝的自动化焊接.
