新型移动式堆料机的设计仿真及应用

         

摘要

为了改进目前堆场面积受限码头的堆料设备操作的不足之处,设计制造了一种轮胎式移动堆料机械,根据移动堆高机的主要设计参数,从物料输送系统原理出发,确定物料输送机构的布置方案,并利用离散元仿真软件EDEM进行物料输送过程的仿真,模拟其输送-堆高过程,分析其堆高效率与效果.实践证明该设备可以大大提高码头的堆放效率及堆高高度,解放劳动力,降低码头的堆放成本和铺设轨道成本.%In the paper, a rubber-tired mobile stacking machine is designed to remedy the disadvantages of the stacking equipment for the terminals with limited storage space. With reference to the main design parameters of mobile forklift, the layout of material conveying mechanism is determined based on the principle of material conveying system. Discrete element simulation software EDEM is used for material conveying simulation, simulating its conveying-stacking process and analyzing its stacking efficiency and effectiveness. Practice has proved that the equipment greatly improves the stacking efficiency and stacking height of the terminals, liberates the workforce, and saves storage costs and track laying costs for the terminals.
