基于曲面拟合的路基路面施工质量均匀性评价法

         

摘要

在采用曲面拟和AHP(层次分析法)法相结合的基础上,提出了一类新的能用于路基路面施工质量均匀性评价的方法——加权伪方差-均值综合评价法.该方法的优点主要在于:①它不但能反映出各层路基路面结构层模量的波动性,它还能体现出各结构层实际平均模量与指定设计模量值之间所存在的差别,这在其他评价方法中还未曾见过.②由于该方法使用了加权的方式,因此,通过调节其中权重系数,还可以实现多种不同的评价目的.特别在当设定某指定结构层(如路基)的系数为1而其它系数为0时,该评价方法便退化为评价单个结构层的评价方法.③由于评价结果值介于0、1之间,因而有利于为决策部门提供可靠易懂的参考依据.随后的工程实证表明,本文所提评价方法能够对路面的实际情况做出客观评价.%Based on the combination of curved surface fitting with AHP ( Analytic Hierarchy Process) , we develop a new evaluation method, named weighted quasi-variance-mean evaluation method , for assessing the uniformity of subgrade pavement construction. The main advantages lie in the fact that the new method can take both the varianc'e of each layer moduli and absolute deviation between the designed modulis and real mean of corresponding layers modulis into account, which is never considered in the existing literatures so far. Furthermore, due to the new method is in essence a weighted method, it can be used to realize various evaluation purposes. It is worth mentioning that the new method can be carried out to evaluate the quality of one layer, such as the sub-grade, in the whole pavement by setting the corresponding weight to be 1, with others being 0. The following project real-example diagnosis shows that this method can make an objective evaluation to the actual road surface situation, and obtains an o-verall appraisal value lies between 0 and 1, which could provide an objective and reliable reference for the concerned decision-making body.
