基于熵权星形图分析法的区域道路交通安全综合评价

摘要

为丰富和改善我国道路交通安全评价方法，首次将熵权理论与星形图分析法结合应用到道路交通安全综合评价中。该评价方法在建立一套由定量指标构成的评价指标体系基础上，提出综合评价模型的构建步骤。并以山东省近5 a 来的道路交通安全状况为例进行综合评价实践，其评价过程简洁，结果直观准确，实用性强。成为灰色和模糊评价方法后，又一种可行的新道路交通安全综合评价方法。%In order to enrich and improve our country road safety evaluation means,in this paper, entropy weight theory and start chart analysis method were combined to evaluate synthetically the road traffic safety for the first time.Andthe comprehensiveness evaluation modelconstruction steps were pro-posed based on an evaluation index system composed of quantitative indicators.Finally,road traffic safety situation for Shandong province in recent five years was analyzed as an example of comprehensiveness e-valuation practice in the study.The analysis results showed that the evaluation process of this method was simple,intuitive and itcould achieve more accurate results and strong practicability.This analysis method would become a feasible new road traffic safety comprehensiveness evaluation method after gray and fuzzy evaluation methods.
