高等级公路聚合物水泥砂浆抗压强度的试验研究

         

摘要

In this paper,silane KH550 organosilicon polymer is used to modify the ordinary cement mortar,and the influence of different content on the compressive strength,flexural strength and bond strength of the cement mortar is studied.The results show that the flexural strength of specimens with curing time increased significantly,in the same curing period,and without the addition of silicone reference specimen compared to 1.5% ~ 5.5% doped silicon on bending strength decreased slightly;flexural strength of silicone content increased gradually decreased.The uniaxial compressive strength of specimens increases with the increase of curing age.When the curing age is the same,the compressive strength of specimens decreases with the increase of silicone content.At the curing age of 28 d,the uniaxial compressive strength of polymer cement mortar decreases gradually with the increase of silicone content.With the extension of age,the bond strength of polymer modified mortar increases gradually.At the same age,the bond strength decreases gradually with the increase of silicone content.The ordinary cement mortar without silicone has large voids and obvious cracks,the whole structure is discontinuous,and the polymer cement mortar mixed with silicone is a continuous grid structure,and the cracks of the UN hydrated cement particles and interface zone are difficult to distinguish.%采用烷氧基硅烷KH 550有机硅聚合物进行普通水泥砂浆的改性,研究了其不同含量对水泥砂浆抗压强度、抗折强度、粘结强度的影响.结果表明:试件抗折强度随养护龄期增加提升明显,在养护龄期相同时,与未添加有机硅的基准试件相比,掺人1.5%~5.5%的有机硅试件抗折强度下降较小;抗折强度随有机硅掺量增多逐步下降.试件单轴抗压强度随养护龄期的增加呈上升趋势,在养护龄期相同时,试件抗压强度随有机硅掺量增加逐渐下降.在养护龄期28 d后,随着有机硅掺量的增加,聚合物水泥砂浆单轴抗压强度逐渐降低.随着龄期的延长,聚合物改性砂浆的粘结强度逐渐增强,在龄期相同时,粘结强度随有机硅含量的增加则逐渐减小.未添加有机硅的普通水泥砂浆内部具有较大空隙和明显裂缝,整个结构为非连续,掺入有机硅的聚合物水泥砂浆为连续网架结构,未水化水泥颗粒和界面区裂缝难以辨别.
