以西安区域经济发展现状为背景，通过分析西安区域经济特色以及研究专业集群模式的特征，提出专业布局以区域经济特色与产业优化为出发点的体制机制创新，从而实现职业教育资源与区域经济的共享、优势互补、谋求共赢，有效地提高职业教育办学效益。%Based on the present status of Xi'an regional economic development, the paper analyzes Xi'an area economic characteristics and studies the professional cluster mode characteristics. It proposes system and mechanism innovation, that is, professional layout based on regional economic characteristics and industrial optimization. Thus, vocational education resources sharing with the regional economy, their complementary advantages, seeking a win-win situation, and improving the effectiveness of vocational education can be achieved.
