The development of higher vocational education scale in our country has been basically completed. The main aim of higher vocational colleges is how to from scale development to connotative development. The connotation construction should be driven by points, approached by specialty, gripped by specialty construction and around the improvement of talents training quality to promote connotation construction. That is, making professional talents training scheme based on market demand; doing a good job for curriculum development and teaching materials development on the basis of the training scheme;doing a good job for con⁃struction of teaching staff and practice training base;strengthening the cooperation between specialty and enterprises;and emphasiz⁃ing the construction of characteristic specialty, and brand specialty.%我国高等职业教育规模化发展已基本完成，如何从规模化发展走向内涵式发展，成为各高职院校的主要目标。内涵建设必须以点带动，以专业切入，以专业建设为“抓手”，围绕人才培养质量的提高带动内涵建设：即立足市场需求，制定专业人才培养方案；依据培养方案，做好课程、教材开发；做好师资队伍、实训基地建设；加强专业与企业的合作；着重特色专业、品牌专业建设。
