芬兰职业技能竞赛体系的构建及其启示

Finland skills competitions are important factors for the country to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education and ensure steady economic growth. Finland skills association organizes national vocational skills competition system including Taitaja, Taitaja PLUS and Taitaja9. It connects with the European skills competition and the world skills competition in the organization structure and competition contents with the characteristic of openness and has an effect on youngsters'future planning.
