北部湾经济区复合型外语创新人才培养的思考

摘要

The construction and development in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone depends on national favorable economic policy and ed- ucation of talents. But the education of talents especially for multiple foreign language innovative talents faces to the new chal- lenges while offering new opportunity. As taking the reforming examples of abroad, according to the conditions of demand for talents,considering the combination of theories and practice, the paper offers a research and study on the development of tal- ents, educational mode of multiple foreign language innovative talents and presents reforms and suggestions on teaching method, courses offering and teaching objectives.%北部湾经济区的建设与开发取决于国家给予的特别优惠经济政策及人才的培养，而人才的培养特别是复合型外语创新人才的培养，在给大学英语教学提供新的机遇的同时也面临着新的挑战。本文在借鉴国外改革经验的基础上，根据北部湾经济区的人才需求具体情况，对北部湾经济区建设的人才开发、大学英语教学的目标、课程建设及复合型外语创新人才的培养模式等方面进行了深入思考，提出了改革与建议。
