双师型教师管理体系设计探究--以贺州学院为例

摘要

This paper analyzes difficulties and favorable conditions in application type undergraduate colleges “Double-qualified Teachers”management system design,studies the design idea of management system of “Double - qualified Teachers”in Hezhou University,including “Double-qualified Teachers”qualification system design,double allowance demand number esti-mation and yield analysis,so as to enlighten other application type undergraduate colleges and universities on teacher staff man-agement of “Double-qualified Teachers”.%立足应用型本科院校双师型教师管理体系设计的难点及有利条件，以贺州学院为例探索了双师型教师队伍管理体系设计思路，包括校内双师资格认定体系设计、津贴体系设计、双师需求人数估算及丰歉分析体系设计等，为其他应用型本科院校双师型教师队伍管理起到启发作用。
