Based on the theories of autonomous learning and cooperative learning,the paper puts forward a new learning method called group autonomous learning.With scientific application,it plays an important role in the comprehensive quality cultivation of law major.%小组自主学习法是依据有关自主学习与合作学习理论而提出的。在教学和实践活动中科学地运用这一方法，对法学专业人才综合素质的培养具有重要作用。
