三种药物治疗反流性食管炎疗效对比

摘要

目的：探索治疗反流性食管炎(RE)较为理想的、适合基层的方案。方法：对188例RE患者，分别给予奥美拉唑、西沙必利、雷尼替丁治疗，比较治疗前后症状变化，其中75例作内镜检查患者，比较治疗前后临床分级。结果：对于轻、中度RE，三种药物均能有效改善症状，部分患者可以消除症状，尤以奥美拉唑为佳。重度RE疗效较差，只能改善部分患者症状，不能痊愈。结论：西沙必利、雷尼替丁是较为理想的治疗轻、中度RE的药物。%Objective:To Explore a more rational, basic level-suiting treating rigimen for reflux esophagitis (RS).　Methods:Omeprazole, cisapride, or ranitidine were given to 188 cases of patients with RE, respectively. 75 cases of them were examined by endoscope, the clinical ratings before and after treatment were compared.　Results:Three drugs could improve clinical symptoms in mild and moderate patients, part of patients' symtoms could be eliminated, espetially in the patients taking omeprazol. The therapy effect was declined in the patients with RE, part of patients' symtoms could be improved only.　Conclusion:Cisapride and romitidine were more national, basic level-suiting treating drug for RE.
