气相色谱-质谱联用法测定鱼腥草中甲基正壬酮的含量

摘要

目的 建立气相色谱-质谱联用法测定鱼腥草中甲基正壬酮含量.方法 使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪,以正十五烷为内标,色谱柱为DB-5 MS 石英毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm),样品用正己烷萃取,采用选择离子监测法定量.结果 甲基正壬酮在0.5～5.0 mg·mL-1范围内线性良好(r＝0.993 8);平均回收率98.25%,最低检测限1.0 ng·mL-1.结论 该方法简便、快速,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠.%Objective To develop a new method for assay of methyl-re-nonylketone in Houttuynia cordata with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC-MS ). Methods The methyl-re-nonylketone was analyzed quantitatively by using GC-MS with the DB-5MS quartz capillary chromatographic column ( 30 mxO. 32 mm,0. 25 |xm )and pentadecane as internal standard in a selective ion monitoring way. The sample was extracted with re-hexane. Results There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 5-5.0 mg ■ Ml" ( r = 0. 993 8). The recovery was 98. 25% and detection limit was 1. 0 ng ■ Ml" . Conclusion The method is convenient, sensitive, accuracy and reliable.
