Objective To detect contents of Lycium barbarum polysaccharide ( LBP ) in Lycii Fructus from different species and regions. Methods Contents of polysaccharide were deterrmned by using phenol sulfuric acid method. Results LBP contents in Lycii Fuctus from different species were ranked as: L. yunnanense>L. barbarum>L. cylindricum>L. chinense>L.dasystemum>L. truncatum > L. chinense var. potaninii > L. barbarum var. auranticarpum > L. ruthenicum > L. dasystemum var.rubricaulium; which from different regions ranked as: Ningxia>Xinjiang>Neimenggu>Qinghai>Hebei>Shaanxi>Shanxi>Gansu.Conclusion LBP in planted Lycii Fuctus was more than those in wild Lycii Fuctus. Lycii Fuctus grown in Ningxia, surrounding and the main planting bases produce more LBP than those in other areas. Ningxia is the highest LBP producing region.%目的 分析不同枸杞子样品中枸杞多糖的含量.方法 采用硫酸苯酚法测定.结果 不同种枸杞子中多糖含量顺序是:云南枸杞>宁夏枸杞>柱筒枸杞>枸杞>新疆枸杞>截萼枸杞>北方枸杞>黄果枸杞>黑果枸杞>红枝枸杞.不同产地枸杞子样品含量顺序是:宁夏>新疆>内蒙古>青海>河北>陕西>山西>甘肃.栽培枸杞子样品枸杞多糖含量大于野生样品.结论 枸杞子中的枸杞多糖含量:栽培样品高于野生;宁夏及其周边地区和全国主要栽培基地产的样品高于其他地区.宁夏枸杞(种)的样品高于其他种.
