肿瘤基因组学与精准医学∗

摘要

The diagnosis and treatment of cancer has begun to move to the age of precision medicine with the completion of the human genome project, the implementation of the cancer genome project and the application of cancer targeting drugs. This paper briefly reviewed the history from human genome project to precision medicine Initiative, the achievements of cancer genomics and targeting therapy, and finally put forward the direction of cancer study in the future.%随着人类基因组计划的完成、肿瘤基因组计划的实施和一系列靶向药物的出现，肿瘤的诊断与治疗已开始迈入精准医学的时代。该文简要回顾了从人类基因组计划到精准医学计划的历史、肿瘤基因组学和靶向治疗的主要成就，并提出了未来肿瘤研究的方向。
