2-苯硫基-5-丙酰基苯乙酸甲酯的合成研究

摘要

以邻氯苯乙酸甲酯为原料,经Friedel-Craft酰化、皂化、Ullmann缩合和甲酯化,成功合成了扎托洛芬中间体2-苯硫基-5-丙酰基苯乙酸甲酯,通过质谱、熔点、HPLC等手段对其进行了结构表征和纯度分析,反应条件温和,操作简便,宜于工业化生产.%5-propionyl-2-phenylthiophenylacetate,a intemediate of anti-inflammatory zaltopmfen was successfully synthesized by the Friedel-Craft reaction, saponification, Ullmann condensation and methyl esterifying. And its main physical chemical properties as well as structure were detecteol via melting point test,ESI-MS and HPLC. The method provides such simple operation and mild conditions as suitable for mass production.
