基于射频识别技术的粮食供应链跟踪系统的设计

         

摘要

For constructing grain supply system with fast, comprehensive and precise characteristics, the operation flow and the application mode on grain supply tracking had been analyzed. The analysis of the system flow was carried out based on the RFID (radio frequency identification) technology in the grain supply chain. In the mean while, configuration of the hardware and software was studied. Based on the research results, the system architecture of grain supply system with RFID technology was proposed by structured design method. Then, the system integration and test had been taken. It was proved that this system can work continuously in 1 113.3 hours and the work times are 790,the average operating period T is 8.6 second, accuracy recognition ratio is 95.3 %. The system has the potential application for grain supply tracking.%为建立快速、全面、精确的粮食供应链系统,研究了射频识别(RFID)技术应用在粮食供应链跟踪中的业务流程及使用方式,结合粮食流通特点完成了基于射频识别技术的粮食供应链的系统流程分析,进而确定了符合粮食流通管理的软硬件配置,在此基础上设计粮食供应链跟踪体系的系统架构.最后实现系统集成和测试,测试表明本系统连续工作时间为1113.13 h,连续完整工作次数为790次,平均工作周期为8.6 s,识别准确率达到95.3%.
