280m高郑东新区会展宾馆抗震性能分析研究

         

摘要

Taking 280 m high Zhengzhou exhibition guesthouse for exanjple,the seismic performance of high-rise building is analyzed. The results show that, the structure system and the scheme of arrangement to ensure uniform vertical rigidity of plane layout, symmetry and component size, structure strength design and ductility structure measures can meet the requirements of three level,two level seismic concept design requirements. Under the action of earthquake, structural period, displacement, torsion, shear coefficient, overturning moment indicators also meet the specification limits. The research conclusions could provide references for the similar super high-rise building structures.%以280 m高郑州会展宾馆为例,分析了超限高层建筑的抗震性能.结果表明,布置结构体系和方案时需保证竖向刚度均匀、平面布置对称以及构件尺寸合适,结构的强度设计与延性构造措施可满足“三个水准、两个阶段”的抗震概念设计要求,在地震作用下,结构的周期、位移、扭转、地震剪力系数、倾覆弯矩等指标均满足规范规定的限值要求.研究结论为类似超限高层建筑结构的设计提供了参考依据.
