高温作用后纤维素纤维混凝土渗透性试验研究

         

摘要

The experiment on chloride ion permeability of cellulose fiber reinforced concrete which undergo high temperature is made. The effect of temperature and fiber content on permeability of concrete is analyzed. The researches indicate that the chloride ion permeability coefficient of cellulose fiber reinforced concrete which undergo high temperature will increase and the uptrend will slow down with the rising of temperature. When the temperature reaches 200℃,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete improves obviously,which is about 3 times compared with normal temperature. Beyond 400℃,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete increases slightly,which is about 4 times compared with normal temperature. When it rises to 600℃,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of concrete continues to increase,which is about 5 times compared with room temperature. The chloride ion permeability of concrete will decrease at room or high temperature with the incorporation of fiber. When the content of fiber is between 0.6 kg/m3 and 0.9 kg/m3,the effect is most significant. The chloride ion permeability coefficient of cellulose fiber reinforced concrete will rise with the rising amount of cellulose fiber.%开展高温作用后纤维素纤维混凝土的氯离子渗透性试验,研究分析了温度和纤维掺量对混凝土渗透性能的影响.研究表明:高温后纤维素纤维混凝土的氯离子扩散系数随着温度的升高逐渐增大,且上升趋势随着温度的升高而减缓.温度在200℃左右时,混凝土的氯离子扩散系数提高比较明显,大约是常温下的3倍左右;温度达到400℃时,混凝土氯离子扩散系数的提高开始减缓,大约是常温下的4倍左右;当温度升高到600℃时,混凝土的氯离子扩散系数继续提高,大约是常温下的5倍左右.纤维素纤维的掺入降低了混凝土常温及高温后的氯离子渗透性,纤维掺量为0.6~0.9 kg/m3时,效果最为显著,随着纤维掺量的增加,纤维素纤维混凝土的氯离子渗透性有所增大.
