双波长分光光度法测定药液中微量铁含量

             

摘要

The paper discussed the method for the determination of trace iron content of iron in oral solution by dual wavelength spectrophotometry. Based on the experiment of Fe2+,Fe3+and 1,10-phenanthroline forming colorful complexes they have different absorption levels at the wavelengths of 420 nm and 525 nm,and the contents of their absorption and the extents of Fe2 + and Fe3 + showed a linear relationship. Accordingly,under the optimized experimental conditions,the Lambert-Bill’s law was used to calculate the Fe2+,Fe3+content in iron oral liquid. This method has good reproducibility and high accuracy.%探索了双波长分光光度法测定含铁口服液中微量铁含量的方法。实验基于Fe2+和Fe3+与1,10-邻菲罗啉形成有色络合物,在波长420 nm和525 nm处均有不同程度的吸收,且其吸收的程度与Fe2+和Fe3+的含量呈一定的线性关系,据此,在优化实验条件下,运用朗伯-比尔定律计算含铁口服液中的Fe2+、Fe3+的含量。该方法重现性好、准确度高。
