环己醇精馏塔底液中环己醇回收装置的塔板数计算

             

摘要

针对环己醇精馏塔塔底液中环己醇和二环己基醚的二元体系,采用安托因方程、Clapeyron方程、Van Velzen-Cardozo-LangenKamp方程和图解法等对塔板数进行了计算,得出精馏塔的理论塔板数为7块,实际塔板数23块,全塔效率0.31,并依据计算结果设计了“两段式减压精馏”环己醇回收装置.%According to the two element system of cyclohexanol and dicyclohexyl ether in the bottom liquid of cyclohexanol distillation tower,we calculate the plate number by Antoine equation,Clapeyron equation,Van Velzen-Cardozo-LangenKamp equation and Graphic method,etc. It is concluded that the number of theoretical plates is 7,actual tower plate number is 23 and full tower efficiency is 0.31. And according to the calculation results,cyclohexanol recycling device that is the“two stage vacuum distillation”was designed.
