静电除盐设备的研制及其性能研究

         

摘要

介绍了静电除盐技术原理及其特点,并研究自制了最佳活性炭纤维电极模块及小型除盐设备.当外加电压1.5 V,电极模块间距1.5 mm,活性炭纤维布厚度0.6 mm时制成的电极模块除盐效果较好.试验证明,当进水流量20 L/h时,小型除盐设备有很好的除盐效果,原水电导率由135μs/cm下降到28μs/cm,硬度由181 mg/L下降到25 mg/L .%The principle and speciality of electrostatic desalination techniques has been introduced,the best of electrode modules of active carbon fiber and a small equipment of electrostatic desalination has been made by myself. The equipment is the best when the voltage is 1.5 V,the distance of two modules is 1.5 mm,the thickness of active carbon fiber is 0.6 mm. The conductance of the water decreases from 135μs/cm to 28μs/cm,the hardness of the water decreases from 181 mg/L to 25 mg/L,when the quantity of flow is 20 L/h,as well as the equipment of electrostatic desalination is better.
