The types and proportions of the south windows of the farm houses in the cold regions were investigated,and the heat transfer coefficients of different types of external windows were tested.The outdoor integrated temperature of the cold area was simulated by DEST software.Under the condition of wall enclosure of the same material,the influence of different window heat transfer coefficient and different window wall ratio on indoor environment was simulated.Research showed that when the indoor thermal comfort,the double windows,single double glass plastic steel windows,double wooden window corresponding to the optimal window wall ratio was 0.32,0.35,0.38,and the external window heat transfer coefficient was greater than 4.5 W/(m2· ℃),the optimal window wall ratio was 0.29.%调查了严寒地区农宅外窗类型及比例,测试了不同类型外窗的传热系数,并采用DEST软件对严寒地区室外综合温度进行了模拟计算.在相同材料的墙体围护结构条件下,针对不同窗户传热系数和不同窗墙比对室内环境场的影响进行了数值模拟.研究表明,双层铝窗、单层双玻璃塑钢窗、双层木窗,对应的最优窗墙比为0.32、0.35、0.38,而当外窗传热系数大于4.5 W/(m2·℃)时,最优窗墙比为0.29,此时室内热舒适性最佳.
