洛阳市46所学校卫生监督监测综合评价效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive assessment of health supervision and surveillance of 46 schools of Luoyang City. Methods 46 middle and primary schools in Luoyang City were selected for monitor inspectability of the sanita-ry conditions from December of 2013 to December of 2015,and the work efficiency was assessed. Results The last average scores of the monitoring,supervise and comprehensive assessment were significantly improved that compared with the first average scores,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). The rate of the sanitation demonstration school,prevention and control of the infectious disease and noise,and the average floor space of the last time were significantly improved that com-pared with the first time(P < 0. 05). there was no significant difference in the sanitation organization and management,the su-pervision project as the drinking water,students’dormitory,teaching environment and the teaching environment health project that as the board size,daylight factor,microclimate,glazing floor area ratio and some others(P > 0. 05). Conclusion The o-verall of the sanitary conditions of the 46 schools in Luoyang City is preferably,but the sanitation as the teaching environment, students’dormitory,and the drinking water that have yet to be improved. These schools should increase input,improve the sani-tary condition as the classroom,dormitory and drinking water and the facilities.%目的：分析洛阳市46所学校卫生监督监测综合评价效果。方法于2013年12月至2014年12月对洛阳市46所中小学卫生状况进行监督监测，并对工作效果进行评估。结果46所学校监测、监督及综合评价末次平均得分均较首次提高，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；末次卫生示范学校比例、传染病防控、噪声及教室人均面积均较首次提高，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；首末次卫生组织管理、生活饮水、学生宿舍、教室教学环境等卫生监督项目及黑板尺寸、采光系数、微小气候、窗地面积比等教师教学环境卫生项目比较，差异无统计学意义（ P >0.05）。结论洛阳市46所学校卫生状况总体较好，但教室教学环境、学生宿舍、生活饮水等卫生有待改进，建议学校加大投入，改善教室、宿舍、饮用水等卫生条件及设施。
