年龄对胼胝体切开术治疗难治性癫痫效果的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the influence of age on the efficacy of anterior corpus callosotomy in patients with intracta-ble epilepsy.Methods 52 patients with intractable epilepsy undergoing anterior corpus callosotomy from June of 201 3 to April of 201 4 were selected and divided into juvenile group(less than 1 8 years old,24 cases)and adult group (above 1 8 years old,28 cases).All patients were followed up for 1 year and the efficacies were compared.Results The total effective rates of juvenile group and adult group were 87.5% and 71 .4%.The total effective rates of adult group was higher than juvenile group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Age plays an important role in efficacy of anterior corpus calloso-tomy in patients with intractable epilepsy.Intractable epilepsy patients can benefits more from anterior corpus callosotomy done at an early age.%目的：探讨年龄对胼胝体切开术治疗难治性癫痫效果的影响。方法选取郑州大学第五附属医院2013年6月到2014年4月行胼胝体切开术治疗的52例难治性癫痫患者，根据年龄将其分为未成年组（年龄＜18岁，24例）和成年组（年龄≥18岁，28例），术后随访1 a，对比分析治疗效果。结果未成年组总有效率为87．5％，成年组总有效率为71．4％。未成年组总有效率高于成年组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论年龄对胼胝体切开术治疗难治性癫痫的效果有影响，早期手术治疗能达到更好的癫痫控制效果。
