目的 对比电脑验光仪、光学相干生物测量仪(IOL master)、三维眼前节分析系统(Pentacam)3种仪器测量角膜前表面曲率有无差异,并对3种测量结果进行一致性评价.方法 对开封市中心医院眼病医院2014年2月至2015年12月就诊的82例青少年近视患者,利用3种不同仪器分别测量角膜前表面垂直、水平角膜曲率及平均值,测量由专人负责,每种仪器每眼重复测量3次,用SPSS 17.0软件对测量参数进行统计学分析.结果 3种仪器测量的角膜垂直曲率、水平曲率及平均曲率值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 全自动电脑验光仪,IOL master、Pentacam 3种仪器测量角膜前表面曲率差异无统计学意义,有较好的一致性,可相互代替使用,又各有优势,临床医生可根据各自医院和患者的情况选择使用.%Objective To compare any differences on corneal curvature measurement by the auto-refractor, partial coherence interferometry (IOL Master) and Oculus Pentacam (Pentacam) and give consistency evaluations on three instruments.Methods The vertical and horizontal curvature of the anterior corneal and their average values on 82 juvenile myopia patients were measured in KaiFeng Central Hospital Eye Specialist from February 2014 to December 2015.Staff who was responsible for this, which were measured three times in both eyes through these three instruments.The measurement parameters were statistically analyzed with SPSS 17.0 software.Results There are no significant differences in three instruments in terms of vertical and horizontal corneal curvature and mean values(P>0.05).Conclusion There are no significant differences on measurement of the auto-refractor, IOL master and Pentacam, which has good consistency and can be used alternatively.As they all have their own advantages, clinicians can choose one of the three for testing according to their hospitals'' and patients'' circumstances.
