C3～C6与C3～C7单开门椎管扩大成形术疗效对比

摘要

Objective To discuss the curative effect between C3-C7 and C3-C6 expansive open-door cervical laminoplasty.Methods The clinical data of 41 patients treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June of 2013 to February of 2015 were analyzed retrospectively, who underwent C3-C6 (group A 19 patients) and C3-C7 (group B 22 patients) expansive open-door cervical laminoplasty.The operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, the JOA score before and after the operation, the cervical vertebra activity before and after the operation, the rate of axial pain after the operation were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the amount of blood loss and the operative time between two groups(P>0.05).After 12 months of follow-up, the JOA improvement rate, cervical vertebra activity and the incidence of axial pain showed no difference between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The curative effect between C3-C7 and C3-C6 expansive open-door cervical laminoplasty have no significant difference.%目的 对比研究C3~C6与C3~C7单开门椎管扩大成形术的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2013年6月至2015年2月在郑州大学第一附属医院行C3~C6(A组19例)或C3~C7(B组22例)单开门椎管扩大椎板成形术的患者,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术前后JOA评分、术前后颈椎活动度、术后轴性症状发生率.结果 两组手术时间、术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后随访12个月,两组脊髓功能改善率、颈椎活动度和轴性症状发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 C3~C6与C3~C7单开门椎管扩大成形术后疗效相当.
