Objective To investigate the influence of ward assistant system on compliance,self-efficacy and quality of life of patients under cystectomy Bricker bladder surgery. Methods Totally 21 patients under cystectomy Bricker bladder surgery in our hospital from Januar-y,2012 to March,2013were investigated before and after the intervention of ward assistants. Their self-efficacy,compliance and life quality scores when they were admitted to hospital,discharged,and one month,three and six months and one year after operation were compared to carry out the statistical analysis. Results Scores of patients’compliance and self-efficacy gradually increased at the time of admission,dis-charge,and one,three,six months and a year after operation. Scores of life quality decreased to some extent after operation,but it increased gradually one month later. After the intervention of ward assistant system,score differences of patients’self-efficacy,compliance and quality of life are statistically significant after one month and subsequent postoperative time. Conclusion Ward assistant system had a significant effect on compliance,self-efficacy and quality of life of cystectomy Bricker bladder surgery patients,and it can significantly improve patients’men-tal state,compliance and life quality. Communication is the basis to establish mutual trust between doctors and patients,and regular post-operative follow-up is the key to establish mutual trust between doctors and patients. It is worth promoting the ward assistant system’s sense of service.%目的：探讨病区助理制度对全膀胱切除Bricker膀胱术患者的依从性、自我效能及生活质量的影响。方法选择2012-02—2013-03间全膀胱切除Bricker膀胱术患者21例，调查病区助理介入前后，其在入院时、出院时、术后1、3、6个月及1年时的自我效能、依从性及生活质量评分，对结果进行统计学分析。结果患者入院时、出院时、术后1、3、6个月及1年的依从性和自我效能评分逐渐升高，生活质量评分术后有降低，但术后1个月后评分逐渐升高，病区助理制度介入后，在术后1个月及以后时间点，依从性、自我效能及生活质量评分差异有统计学意义。结论病区助理制度对全膀胱切除Bricker膀胱术患者的依从性、自我效能及生活质量有明显影响，能显著改善患者心理状态和依从性，提高患者的生活质量。住院期间病区助理的指导交流是建立医患互信的基础。而术后病区助理的定期随访关爱是建立医患互信的关键。病区助理制度的服务模式值得推广。
