剖宫产术后盆腔脓肿经皮穿刺引流2例临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨剖宫产术后盆腔脓肿的最佳治疗方法。方法利用 CT 定位，经髂前上棘穿刺引流，冲洗注药。结果2例剖宫产术后盆腔脓肿引流成功2例，成功率100%，术后24 h 体温恢复正常。结论盆腔脓肿引流治疗安全可行，见效快，恢复快，缩短住院时间，避免二次手术。%Objective To discuss the best treatment of pelvic abscess after cesarean section. Methods Under the CT guidance,per-cutaneous puncture through Anterior superior spine was done and then drainage,flush and injection followed. Results Success was achieved in all 2 cases,and the successful rate was100% . Body temperature returned to normal after 24 hours in all cases. Conclusion Drainage of pelvic abscess is safe and feasible with quick recovery and shorter hospital stay,avoiding the second operation.
