利用桐油改性酚醛树脂(PF),综合热分析表明改性PF在100~320℃间失重6.30%,320~600℃间失重62.42%,普通PF分别失重16.34%和74.31%,桐油改性PF热稳定性得到了很大提高,但耐热性能未有明显改善。FIIR分析表明桐油成为聚合物结构的一部分;力学测试结果表明桐油改性较大程度改善了PF的韧性。%To obtain resin matrix of friction material with high - quality, tung oil is used to modify phenolic resin. TG - DSC analysis result shows that modified PF lose 6.30% weight between 100 - 320 ℃, and 62.42% weight between 320 -600 ℃, while the common PF loses 16.34% and 74.31% weight under the same conditions, respectively. The result shows that the heat - stability of tung oil - modified PF is su- perior to those of pure phenolic resin, but the heat - resistance of modified PF is not improved considerablely. FIIR analysis result shows that tung oil reacted with phenol and became a portion of PF structure. Mechanical test indicates that the tenacity of PF modified by tung oil is improved apparently.
