系列金属氯化物催化合成月桂酸正丁酯

摘要

以系列金属氯化物为催化剂，月桂酸和正丁醇为原料，催化合成月桂酸正丁酯，并利用正交法探索最佳反应条件。通过实验探索得最佳反应条件为：配料比（月桂酸与正丁醇的物质的量比）1：8，六水合三氯化铁作催化剂，反应时间为3h，收率为80．95％。%Catalytic synthesis of butyl laurate under series metal chlorides,with lauric acid and butanol as materials, the optimum reaction conditions are explored by orthogonal design. The optimum conditions are as follows：the mole ratio of laurie acid and butanol is 1 ： 8 （tool ： tool）, ferric chloride hexahydrate as catalyst , the reactiontime is 3 h. Under this condition , the yield is 80.95 %.
