环保型阻燃 ABS 复合材料的制备与性能研究

         

摘要

1,2 - Bis( pentabromophenyl)ethane( DBDPE),antimony trioxide( Sb2 O3 ),aluminum hy-droxide(Al(OH)3 ),silicone powder and low resistance agent are used to blend with ABS,the compound material mechanics performance,thermal performance and flame retardant performance of the flame re-tardant ABS composite material are analysised and researched. Research shows that the green flame re-tardant system of ABS material has good flame retardant effect,the minimum level of DBDPE to make the flame retardant materials to V - 0 is 8% ;as DBDPE with the increase of adding amount of composite ma-terial the strength properties about yield stress and 10 mm of beam bending strength and notched impact strength of corresponding mechanical are declining,but the heat distortion temperature(1. 8 MPa)in-creased,when DBDPE added at 6% ,the bending modulus of the composites is the lowest and the load heat deformation temperature(1. 8 MPa)is highest are respectively 2 306 MPa and 75. 2 ℃.%采用阻燃剂十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)和三氧化二锑(Sb2 O3)、氢氧化铝(Al(OH)3)、硅酮粉等协效阻燃剂以及抗滴落剂等环保阻燃体系熔融共混制备阻燃 ABS 复合材料,并对复合材料力学性能、热性能和阻燃性能等进行分析与研究。研究表明,该环保阻燃体系对 ABS 材料具有良好的阻燃效果,使阻燃材料达到 V -0级时 DBDPE 的最少添加量为8%;随着 DBDPE 添加量的增加,复合材料的屈服应力、10 mm 对应的弯曲强度、简支梁缺口冲击强度等力学强度性能均呈下降趋势,而负荷热变形温度(1.8 MPa)有所提高;当 DBDPE 添加量在6%时复合材料的弯曲模量最低、负荷热变形温度(1.8 MPa)最高,分别为2306 MPa 和75.2℃。
