中美私立高校办学发展特点之比较研究

摘要

American private colleges and universities have a pivotal role in the development of higher education and academic career. Comparative study of American Private University and China's private colleges and universities in the running and development of many characteristics, analysis of problems faced by the current development of the private universities in China, stones from other hills, relying on a new opportunity for the development of China's private colleges and universities, puts forward construction with the new initiative of the characteristics of Chinese private higher education, improve social status of teacher of run by the local people, to create a private university autonomy management mechanism and actively carry out school enterprise cooperation, to accelerate the pace of the development and construction of China Private Colleges and universities.%美国私立高校对于美国高等教育和学术事业的发展有着举足轻重的作用。对比研究美国私立高校和我国民办高校在办学发展方面的诸多特点，分析中国民办高校目前发展所面临的问题，借鉴他山之石，依托我国民办高校发展的新契机，提出建设具有中国特色民办高等教育的新举措，即全面提高民办教师社会地位、开创民办高校自治的管理机制和积极开展校企合作，以加快我国民办高校发展与建设的步伐。
