国际工程EPC项目的设计管理--以坦桑尼亚桑给巴尔国际机场二号航站楼项目为例

以坦桑尼亚桑给巴尔国际机场二号航站楼项目为例，通过项目投标阶段的设计管理和施工图设计阶段的设计管理，对角色定位，进行职责划分，对EPC项目进行准确的把握和控制，做到对EPC项目各项目标实现的保障。%Based on the project of terminal two of Tanzania Zanzibar International Airport as an example,through the design and management of projects bidding management of design and construction drawing design stage,the role of division of responsibilities,grasp and accurate control of the EPC project,to achieve the project goals for EPC security.
