伦敦“雾都”治理对我国低碳城市发展的启示

英国自工业革命开始，煤炭的使用造成大气严重污染，虽经过系列治理，但一直都没有治本。伦敦第一次毒雾事件后，英国主要针对燃煤和交通用能制定了一系列法案和措施，使城市大气环境得到了根本性改变。我国目前低碳城市发展，可借鉴英国伦敦毒雾事件后所采取的政策措施，制定出适合我国低碳城市发展的策略。%Britain since the industrial revolution began, the use of coal caused serious pollution of the atmosphere, although after series of governance, but there has been no cure.
