日本《濑户内海环境保护特别措施法》的成功经验——兼论对我国渤海治理的启示

The Seto Inland Sea suffered from serious and unmanageable pollution due to its special geography and environment.The Law concerning Special Measures for the Conservation of the Environment of the Seto Inland Sea,tailored to the specific situation,successfully brought back a clean Seto Inland Sea with a series of special measures.Valuable experience can be drawn from this case for the management of China's Bohai Sea.%濑户内海由于其特殊地理环境导致难了于治理的严重污染.《濑户内海环境保护特别措施法对》因地制宜、对症下药,通过一系列特别举措实现了濑户内海的成功治理,其成功经验对我国渤海治理具有重要的借鉴意义.
