300MW锅炉排烟温度高的原因、危害及降低措施

摘要

Since the coal-fired boiler was put into operation, the temperature of flue gas was higher than 10% of the design value due to the factors that the coal quality standard used in combustion did not meet the design parameters and operating parameters.In order to solve the problem of high boiler exhaust gas temperature, this paper analyzes its main reason by using the relevant data, at the same time puts forward some relatively reasonable suggestions.%该燃煤锅炉投产运营以来,因为燃烧使用的煤质标准不符合设计指标、运行参数等综合因素条件,排烟的温度高出设计值的10%.为了更好地解决锅炉排烟温度过高的问题,本文分析了锅炉排烟温度升高的主要原因,运用相关的数据进行分析,同时提出了一些相对合理的建议.
