功能对等理论视角下的商务英语翻译探析

摘要

奈达的“功能对等”理论认为翻译要准确地向读者传递原文信息，使读者的反应与原文读者一致，从而实现语义和风格层面的对等，这对商务英语的翻译具有极大的指导意义。运用奈达的“功能对等”理论，通过对商务英语文体特征的分析，探索如何在翻译过程中实现语义和风格层面的功能对等。%Nida's functional equivalence theory holds that the original translation information should be accurately conveyedtothereaders,andthereader'sreactionisconsistentwiththeoriginalreaders,soastoachievetheequityonlevel of semantics and style, which has a great significance on business English translation. By analyzing stylistic features of business English, this paper explored on how to achieve the functional equivalence on level of semantics and style in the translation process.
