浅谈应用型本科院校英语专业毕业生就业现状及对策

摘要

With China rapid advancement of higher education from elite education to mass education, English major graduatesofcollegeshaveincreasedyearbyyear,theemploymentsituationhasbecomeincreasinglygrim,whichbrings new challenges to English major graduates, the employment rate is not optimistic. By investigating the employment situation of English major graduates of 2013, 2014 and 2015 in a college, this paper analyzed the reason of today's employment difficultyand its countermeasures in application-oriented universities.%随着中国高等教育由精英教育向大众教育急速推进，全国各地高校英语专业毕业生逐年增加，就业形势也日趋严峻。不断增大的就业压力给各高校英语专业毕业生带来新的挑战，英语专业毕业生就业率不容乐观。通过对某高校2013、2014、2015届英语专业毕业生的就业情况进行调查，剖析当今应用型本科院校英语毕业生就业难的原因并提出对策。
