针灸治疗急性脑卒中后抑郁的临床分析

摘要

为分析针灸治疗急性脑卒中后抑郁的临床效果,将100例急性脑卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为观察组、对照组,每组50例.患者入院后,均接受常规药物治疗及康复练习.观察组病患开展针灸治疗.治疗后两组患者的神经功能缺损分数、汉密顿抑郁量表分数、Barthel指数均有所改善,P<0.05.而观察组病患上述指标改善程度更高,P<0.05.对照组患者治疗有效率为 88.00%,观察组为98.00%.对于急性脑卒中后抑郁患者,使用针灸法实施治疗,效果显著,可提升患者生活质量,值得进一步推广.%In order to analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on acute post-stroke depression,100 patients with acute post-stroke depression were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each for 50 cases.After admission,patients were given routine medication and rehabilitation.Observation group was given acupuncture treatment.After treatment,the neurological deficit score,Hamilton depression scale score and Barthel index were improved in both groups (P<0.05),while the observation group of patients with the above indicators have improved to a higher degree,P<0.05.The effective rate was 88.00% in the control group and 98.00% in the observation group.For patients with acute post-stroke depression,the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment is significant,which can improve the life quality of patients,and it is worth further promotion.
