文化馆在群众文化活动中的作用与应用探究

Mass culture is very important and an indispensable part in the social undertakings of China.The cultural center plays a very important role as the propaganda institution of mass culture.It is a public welfare organization established by the government and plays an important role in imparting cultural knowledge, enriching the cultural life of the masses and promoting the socialist cultural values.At present, how to establish and balance the public cultural system through the cultural pavilion platform has become the focus of attention.Through the elaboration of the significance of mass cultural activities and the main functions and characteristics of cultural centers, the paper analyzes the role and application of cultural centers in mass cultural activities, hoping to promote the development of cultural centers.%在我国社会事业中,群众文化事业非常重要,是不可或缺的一部分.文化馆作为群众文化事业的传播机构,担负着非常重要的作用,它是政府设立的公益性机构,在传授文化知识、丰富群众文化生活、提升社会主义文化价值观方面扮演着重要角色.目前,如何通过文化馆平台建立、平衡公共文化体系,使文化馆在群众文化活动中充分发挥作用,是我们关注的重点问题.通过阐述群众文化活动的意义、文化馆的主要职能与特征,分析了文化馆在群众文化活动中的作用与应用,以促进文化馆的发展.
